12TH GRAND JURY TERM OF 2025 CONCLUDES
NEW CITY, N.Y. – District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announces the completion of the 12th grand jury term of 2025. The grand jury term started on November 14, 2025, and was completed on December 10, 2025, handing up 11 indictments. The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office is committed to seeking justice for the people of Rockland County in a speedy manner pursuant to the guidelines set forth by the Office of Court Administration. The following is a list of indicted cases:
· Ashley Erazo – Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree-Eight Counts
· Malachi Hales – Grand Larceny in the Third Degre; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree
· Jose Estrada Monje – Rape in the First Degree-Three Counts; Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree-Three Counts; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing & Blood Circulation-Three Counts; Criminal Contempt in the First Degree; Menacing in the Second Degree; Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree; Harassment in the Second Degree
· Michele Capaccio – Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree
· Miguel Mishquero-Paguay – Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child; Course of Sexual Conduct against a Child
· Emmanuel Michel – Attempted Murder in the Second Degree; Attempted Assault in the First Degree; Assault in the Second Degree; Robbery in the First Deree; Burglary in the Second Degree; Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree; Petit Laceny.
· Tara Muller – Grand Larceny in the Third Degree; Forgery in the Second Degree; Identity Theft in the First Degree; Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree-Two Counts
· Jose Choloquinga Logo – Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child
· Jordan Noisette – Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree; Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; Reckless Driving
· Jahiem Jordan – Burglary in the Second Degree; Attempted Grand Larceny in the Second Degree
· Daniel Santos – Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree – 10 Counts; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree-Eight Counts.
*It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
