13TH GRAND JURY TERM OF 2025 CONCLUDES

NEW CITY, N.Y. – District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announces the completion of the 13th grand jury term of 2025. The grand jury term started on December 12, 2025, and was completed on January 8, 2026, handing up 10 indictments. The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office is committed to seeking justice for the people of Rockland County in a speedy manner pursuant to the guidelines set forth by the Office of Court Administration. The following is a list of indicted cases:

·       Marco Williton Merchan Leon – Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony – Two Counts; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree

·       Henry Lemus-Moran – Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree-Two Counts; Menacing in the Second Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child

·       Andre Bernard – Rape in the First Degree-four counts; Burglary in the Second Degree-two counts; Sexual Abuse in the First degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or blood circulation – Two Counts

·       Holger Penafiel Humala – Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree; Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony-Two Counts

·       Bryan G. Correa-Jacho – Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child – Two Counts; Endangering the Welfare of a Child

·       Robenson Denis – Strangulation in the Second Degree; Assault in the Third Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree

·       Stefan Krajcovic – Criminal Contempt in the First Degree – Two Counts

·       Richard Campbell – Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree – Two Counts; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree – Four Counts; Criminal Possession of a Firearm – Two Counts

·       Anthony Graham – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in the First Degree

·       Jamaal Jack – Burglary in the Third Degree – Two Counts; Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; Petit Larceny; Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree – Two Counts

*It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
