Rockland County District Attorney Announces Indictment of Trio of Men in Daylight Robbery in Haverstraw
District Attorney Tom Walsh announces that the Grand Jury of Rockland County has voted an indictment against Valadmair Fogle, aged 19, David Ross, age 23, and Elijah Eurie, age 18, all of West Haverstraw, NY, charging each with two (2) counts of Robbery in the Second Degree (PL §§160.10(1), 160.10(2)(a)).
It is alleged that at approximately 7:22 pm, on July 11, 2025, Valadmair Fogle, David Ross, and Elijah Eurie while acting individually and in concert with each other did physically attack a 61-year-old male in the vicinity of 47 New Main Street in the Village of Haverstraw. The defendants approached the victim as he descended the front porch steps of his residence. As the victim attempted to continue down the stairs, the defendants grabbed the victim by his shirt and proceeded to hit him in his right eye. The victim was then struck behind his neck as the incident continued onto New Main Street, where the defendants surrounded the victim as he fell to the ground. The defendants proceeded to forcibly steal the victim’s silver chain necklace from his neck and fled in the direction of Clove Avenue. The victim suffered an injury to his eye and substantial pain. The incident was captured on a drone camera that was conducting surveillance in the Village of Haverstraw.
The incident was investigated by the Town of Haverstraw Police Department with assistance from the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. The defendants face a minimum of 3 1/2 years and a maximum of 15 years in state prison if convicted of Robbery in the Second Degree.
The case is being prosecuted by Supervising Assistant District Attorney Meghan Garvey.
