Clarkstown Detective Charges Two with Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Aron Altman and Chana Altman of New City, NY were each charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in alleged violation of NYS Penal Law Section 260.10 (1). The complainant who filed the misdemeanor charges was Detective Keith Teneyck of the Clarkstown Police Department. The defendants were issued a desk appearance ticket issued by Detective Teneyck. The DAT directed the defendants to appear in Town Court, Town of Clarkstown on August 11, 2025, at 9:30am.

The RCDAO will review the filed charges and prosecute as appropriate.
