QUEENS MAN ARRAIGNED ON INDICTMENT CHARGING HIM WITH ATTEMPTED DISSEMINATING INDECENT MATERIALS TO MINORS
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh, II announced today that on May 30, 2025, Dominic Vitale, aka “Tatt2Dom,” 44 years old, of Queens, New York, was arraigned before the Honorable Kevin F. Russo in the County Court of Rockland County. The indictment charges the defendant with ten counts of Attempted Disseminating Indecent Materials to Minors in the First Degree (Penal Law Section 110.00/235.22) and one count of Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Penal Law Section 110.00/260.10(1)).
From March 18, 2025, through May 14, 2025, the defendant exchanged numerous sexually explicit text messages, photographs and videos with an undercover officer from the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office whom the defendant believed to be a fourteen-year-old girl.
Bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash/$100,000.00 bond. The case was adjourned to June 11, 2025.
The case was investigated by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
The case is being prosecuted by Supervising Assistant District Attorney Gerard M. Damiani, III of the Special Victims Unit.
