11TH GRAND JURY TERM OF 2025 CONCLUDES

NEW CITY, N.Y. – District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announces the completion of the 11th grand jury term of 2025. The grand jury term started on October 16, 2025, and was completed on November 12, 2025, handing up 11 indictments. The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office is committed to seeking justice for the people of Rockland County in a speedy manner pursuant to the guidelines set forth by the Office of Court Administration. The following is a list of indicted cases:

·       Eric Alexis – Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the Third Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon on the Third Degree

·       Leon Raad – Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the Third Degree- Two Counts

·       Lawal Erskine – Burglary in the Third Degree; Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree; Petit Larceny

·       Olatokunbo Dawodu – Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with Child-Three Counts: Endangering the Welfare of a Child: Three Counts

·       Forest Fate – Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree

·       Lyle Johnson – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree; Resisting Arrest

·       Kiara Peralta – Assault in the Second Degree; Resisting Arrest; Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree

·       Christopher Potoma – Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree-Three Counts; Attempted Grand Larceny in the Third Degree

·       Selvin Lopez-Garcia – Rape in the First Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child

·       Jaydon Floyd – Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Firearm

·       Angela Broncano – Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony; Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony; Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the Second Degree
